responsibilities:
- Lead procurement for complex, international product development projects, ensuring that sourcing strategy is fully integrated into design and delivery.
- Own procurement for new product development projects
- Manage sourcing activities across multi-site, multi-country projects involving critical electronic technologies.
- Contribute to Make-or-Buy decisions and influence design choices to ensure competitiveness, scalability, and supply resilience.
- Drive supplier and component selection
- Own cost, contracts, and commercial negotiations for key components and assemblies.
- Ensure alignment between engineering requirements and market capabilities
- Bachlors Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing in a multinational environment
- Exposure to electronics (Semiconductors, PCBAs, Electronic components and supply chains)
