Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $27 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

-Reviewing contracts-looking at terminology and being sure the terms say what needs to be said to go to an online repository
-Knowing the breadcrumbs of the contract, requires analysis
-Legal background is useful for how contracts relate to each other and overall analysis
-Not seeking paralegals necessarily, but people who are used to contracts and document review
-Commercial banking documents,  making deals with other businesses and entities
-Docs can be 200+ pages
-They will be trained on what to look for but previous experience is nice
-Analysis is most important, this is analysis of the contract and how things fit together
-Enthusiasm in examples and personal drive to succeed
-Having ADA experience is nice to have, could be cross trained here as well
