Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, job duties include:

• Process invoices within the Accounts Payable department.
• Operate high-volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment.
• Perform binding, finishing work, and manage image handling software.
• Ship and receive products and supplies.
• Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, applying necessary postage.

Skills:

• 1+ years working as an Account Payable Specialist in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with office equipment (printers, copiers, postage machines).
• Excellent customer service & organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
