salary: $25 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities

Maintains the spreadsheet of all deposits to our operating account, updates as transactions are processed
by our remittance processing provider, and ensure deposits are posted to our account within one day of
receipt of the mail from our PO Box.
 Coordinates the interface of daily reports of transactions into our database.
 Researches any discrepancies such as unprocessed credit card transactions and returned checks, and acts
as the primary liaison to research nonstandard transactions.
 Acts as the point person for all credit card transactions to be processed, including recurring credit card
gifts.
 Processes and reconciles the online transactions processed by PayPal, downloads the daily PayPal
transaction report, and researches all “open cases” in PayPal.
 Processes checks in the lockbox and sends to the remittance processing provider.
 Analyzes the monthly cash receipts reports and ensures the amounts processed are reconciled with the
balances reported in the accounting records.
