- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Customer Service Software and advanced troubleshooting protocols.
- Communication: proven documentation skills and the ability to provide clear, empathetic support in both French and English.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority French customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments for comprehensive solutions.
- Use advanced tools to monitor agent performance and prepare detailed data-informed reports for management.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with agent coaching, feedback, and removing "entitlement roadblocks" during quote processing.
- Work with workforce management to track attendance and ensure care providers are connected with solutions quickly.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to service quality.
- Develop and implement procedures for challenging technical problems and sophisticated product inquiries.
- Execute training programs for internal teams and guide junior staff to develop their skill sets.
