As a Level II professional, you will apply your foundational experience to manage more complex tasks under limited supervision. While you will follow established protocols, you are expected to navigate day-to-day operations with a high degree of independence and technical competence. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of related experience in order processing, shared services, or logistics coordination.
- Technical Skills: * Good understanding of day-to-day operational workflows.
- Ability to handle multi-step tasks with high attention to detail.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to facilitate team collaboration and document management.
- Environment: This role operates in a professional office or shared services environment.
- Physical Requirements: The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods at a desk, utilizing a computer and telephone.
- Daily Tasks: Requires frequent typing, repetitive hand motions, and the ability to view a computer monitor for the duration of the shift.
- Manual Handling: Occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs), bending, or reaching may be required to manage files or office supplies.

Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process a diverse range of order types, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and internal controls.
- Revenue Support: Facilitate timely and accurate order completion to ensure revenue is recognized in the correct fiscal periods.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Contract Administration, Logistics, and Sales Support teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address transaction-related discrepancies; escalate highly complex matters to senior leadership or management when necessary.
- Process Adherence: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental guidelines to maintain data integrity and operational consistency.
