The role focuses on the sophisticated management and technical oversight of high-net-worth accounts, requiring a specialist who can navigate intricate legal structures with precision. You will be responsible for the strategic execution of trust mandates, serving as a trusted technical resource for both internal stakeholders and a global network of professional advisors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex trust instruments to ensure all administrative actions remain in strict alignment with legal mandates and grantor intent.
  
  
• Spearhead the development and maintenance of processes and SOPs to drive continuous improvement across the fiduciary platform.

  Partner with all account stakeholders—proactively collaborating with external legal counsel, tax professionals, investment managers, and banking partners to provide a holistic client experience.
  
  
  
  
• Full-Cycle Fiduciary Management, from initial onboarding and compliance reviews to complex distributions, terminations, and final successions.
  
  
• Specialized Asset Stewardship: Maintain meticulous oversight of diversified portfolios, ensuring the administrative accuracy and valuation of non-traditional assets, including real property and sophisticated insurance vehicles.
  
  
• Project Leadership; oversee high-priority initiatives identified by senior leadership to enhance service delivery for the firm's most complex client relationships.
