Responsibilities
This role involves inputting information from a variety of sources into a computer database using both alphanumeric and 10-key skills. You will be working in a climate-controlled environment with daily performance goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing customer and account documents for accuracy and identifying any deficiencies
- Resolving issues using standard procedures or escalating incomplete documents to a team leader
- Maintaining data entry requirements by following established techniques and procedures
- Verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information as needed
- Following company policies and procedures while reporting any necessary changes
- Maintaining confidentiality of customer information
- Contributing to team goals and supporting overall operations
This position requires full-time availability during the following months: January, April, June, September, and October. During the remaining months, the schedule will be part-time, with shifts starting at 5:30 AM.
