Strategic Advisory & Influencing: 3+ years of experience advising hiring managers using market trends, compensation insights, and real-time talent availability.
Technical Literacy: 3+ years of functional understanding of the SDLC, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern tech stacks.
Daily Responsibilities & Tool Utilization You will be expected to navigate a suite of modern recruiting tools to drive efficiency and quality:
- ATS (Workday): Maintain real-time updates for all candidates, ensure compliance with hiring regulations, and manage the workflow from application to offer.
- CRM & Sourcing Tools: Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive outreach, utilizing advanced search techniques to find passive talent.
- Market Intelligence Tools: Analyze recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, funnel metrics, pipeline health) to guide hiring strategy and set realistic expectations with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a consultant to Technology, translating complex business requirements into effective hiring profiles and sourcing plans.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for highly technical infrastructure and development roles.
- Manage a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Identify and engage technical talent through creative networking and community involvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to troubleshoot pipeline bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel.
- Demonstrate time management skills to balance high-volume requisitions with quality-of-hire.
