We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Admissions Counselor to join our team and play a key role in connecting individuals and families to quality senior living services. In this role, you will guide prospective residents through the admissions process, build meaningful relationships, and support a smooth transition into the community while contributing to overall occupancy and growth goals.

salary: $33 - $40 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tours for prospective residents and their families, providing guidance throughout the decision-making and move-in process
• Maintain ongoing communication with leads through phone calls, in-person visits, and community events
• Drive occupancy by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential residents
• Manage the admissions workflow, including paperwork completion and move-in coordination
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Accurately record prospect interactions and updates within CRM systems
• Represent the community at marketing events and outreach initiatives
• Assist with administrative functions that support admissions operations
• Adhere to all applicable regulations and organizational policies
