Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and support customer accounts, ensuring needs are met proactively
- Process purchase orders, returns, and customer requests accurately
- Conduct outbound follow-ups and support customer engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Contribute to process improvements and overall service efficiency
- Previous customer service experience (B2B preferred)
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
