Position Overview We are seeking an Office Manager to lead local branch operations. This role requires a blend of administrative oversight and technical documentation skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter dedicated to ensuring that every moving part of the office functions with precision and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Administrative Operations: Oversee complex scheduling, coordinate corporate travel logistics, and document key takeaways during meetings.
- Front-of-House Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring inquiries are routed with high professionalism.
- Financial & Order Processing: Facilitate accounts payable by coding invoices, finalizing sales orders, and verifying PO receipts.
- Logistics Coordination: Actively expedite material orders with vendors, monitor shipment status, and secure necessary delivery documentation.
- Information Management: Maintain rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and credit memo logs while overseeing the digitization of all physical records.
- Office & Culture Leadership: Direct office supply procurement and serve as the local ambassador for corporate citizenship and branch events.
