Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate GL coding to proper departments and projects.
- Disbursement Control: Execute bank payments (ACH, wire, check) and validate that all invoices meet internal approval and contract requirements.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage vendor relations and the AP aging report by resolving pricing errors, PO mismatches, and missing documentation.
- Close & Process Optimization: Support month-end close through accruals and reconciliations while streamlining workflows for better efficiency.
- Policy Enforcement: Audit employee expense reports in Concur to ensure strict adherence to T&E policies and documentation standards.
- Exception Management: Identify and investigate submission inconsistencies, professionally challenging non-compliant entries to obtain corrections.
- Financial Reporting: Generate Excel-based analysis of spend trends and maintain comprehensive audit trails for internal and external reviews.
- Reconciliation: Review payroll outputs for accuracy and assist with related financial reconciliations.
