In this high-impact role, you will serve as the key HR lead on asset leadership teams, ensuring our workforce is engaged, resourced, and performing at its peak.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Strategic Partnership: Lead the HR agenda for assigned assets, partnering closely with the Leadership Team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Full Employee Lifecycle Support: Provide end-to-end support across all elements of the employee lifecycle, fostering a culture of high engagement and productivity.
- Talent & Staffing: Work with line managers to define staffing requirements and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the business is optimally resourced.
- Coaching & Counseling: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors, providing expert coaching on performance management, discipline, and leadership development.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and offering sound recommendations regarding policy and practice.
- Operational Excellence: Facilitate the seamless execution of HR policies, processes, and programs throughout the duration of the assignment.
- Expertise: Proven experience in Integrated HR Management, specifically within Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
- Judgment: The ability to work independently and use professional expertise to resolve complex people-related issues.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide leaders at various levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: A root-cause mindset when addressing organizational challenges and a commitment to continuous improvement.
salary: $40.88 - $45.88 per hour

Responsibilities
• Provide business partner support on a variety of HR related topics to the departments/ managers assigned. Key areas of expertise: Talent acquisition, Performance Management, Employee relations, Assessment and Recommendations regarding policy and practice, Employee engagement.
• Works with line managers to develop and understand staffing requirements and partners with the talent acquisition team to ensure business is optimally resourced
• Provides coaching to managers and supervisors regarding performance, discipline and other related matters.
• Is experienced in dealing with employee relations issues and investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
