Randstad is hiring an HR Assistant to support internal HR Contact Center operations for one of our clients in the beauty industry. This is a high-volume, customer-facing role where you’ll serve as a key point of contact for employees across the organization. This position is less about traditional HR and more about problem-solving, case management, and delivering high-quality customer support related to payroll, policies, and employee inquiries. What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of customer service or contact center experience
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls + case management
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar systems
• Understanding of payroll/timekeeping logic (not processing)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Associate’s degree required
• Spanish is a plus

What Makes You Stand Out:

• HR shared services or HR contact center experience
• Experience handling payroll inquiries, LOA, or employee support cases
• Ablity to navigate systems while on calls
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

salary: $22.92 - $22.93 per hour

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and cases from employees (payroll, LOA, policies, etc.)
• Create and manage cases using ServiceNow
• Provide support on payroll-related questions (no processing, just resolution guidance)
• Partner with internal HR and Payroll teams to resolve inquiries
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
• Support administrative HR processes such as:
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Employment verifications
  • Policy acknowledgements and compliance
