Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls to assist individual investors with complex questions regarding monetary transactions and financial products.
• Spend 90–95% of your time processing existing client transaction requests with a focus on accuracy and adherence
• Partner with tenured associates to research answers, resolve account issues, and handle complex processing tasks
• Use virtual technology to understand unique investment needs and position appropriate financial solutions to foster long-term loyalty

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Experience working in a call center and/or financial environment (highly preferred) 
• Computer literacy and the ability to navigate internal processing systems effectively.
