Responsibilities
- Case Management: Manage and resolve end-to-end employee cases assigned via ServiceNow, specifically focusing on ADA, FMLA, Leaves of Absence (LOA), and workplace accessibility.
- Consultation & Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing expert consultation on accommodation issues and proposing creative, effective solutions.
- Risk Mitigation: Utilize considerable tact and professional judgment to handle sensitive situations, ensuring all actions align with legal requirements and help manage organizational risk.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex cases to formulate and present formal resolution proposals.
- Culture Advocacy: Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture through supportive interactions and fair policy application.
