As a Senior Test Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the characterization, development, and production testing of advanced uncooled and cooled infrared readouts, focal plane arrays, and Dewars. You’ll work hands‑on with state‑of‑the‑art wafer probing systems in both office and clean‑room environments, driving improvements that directly influence product performance and yield.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering + 5–7 years relevant experience
- OR Master’s in Electrical Engineering + 3–5 years
- OR PhD in Electrical Engineering + 0–2 years
Highly Desired Skills
- Experience with automated semiconductor wafer probing
- Hands‑on knowledge of Teradyne equipment programming and operation
- Understanding of bolometer technology and cooled ROIC functionality
Additional Skills
- strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- ISO 9001 experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead characterization, testing, and analysis of readouts, FPAs, and flight‑ready Dewars in a production setting.
- Develop and enhance test software using MATLAB, C#, and Visual Basic to support evolving product needs.
- Author clear test procedures and reports that guide production teams and document key findings.
- Configure and optimize test hardware setups for both characterization and high‑volume production testing.
- Mentor engineers and technicians, sharing expertise and elevating team capability.
- Collaborate across engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth product flow and rapid issue resolution.
- Maintain and track test equipment, advising on calibration, repair, and replacement needs to support production schedules.
