To find our next finance team member, SUSONITY has partnered with Randstad. This is a Temp-to-Hire role designed to give you a headstart. You will begin your journey as a Randstad employee, with the clear objective of converting to a permanent, full-time role with SUSONITY based on performance and business needs.
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) - subject to change based on business need.
SCOPE:
- Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Contribute accounting expertise to a major ERP system transition/adoption.
- Assist with annual budget planning (forecasted spend, CAPEX, production volumes).
- Manage and update standard costs and year-over-year adjustments.
- Collaborate across regions to ensure consistency in accounting practices.
- Provide functional support and analysis for site and senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Foundational knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in Excel, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines (required).
- Experience with ERP systems or exposure to international manufacturing (preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant industry (required).
