Key Requirements Checklist:
- Industry Expertise: Proven order management experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector or a similar high-volume industry.

- Creative Technicality: Knowledge of graphic arts, specifically regarding the personalization and customization of physical products.
- E-commerce & CRM Mastery: Proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP/CRM) and payment gateways.

Responsibilities
- Order & Transaction Management: Monitor daily open orders to guarantee on-time fulfillment. Proactively resolve bottlenecks in inventory, payment processing, and personalization. Manage the full financial lifecycle of e-commerce transactions including dispute resolution, unpaid orders, and refunds.
- Technical Support & Logistics: Serve as a subject matter expert on product usage and warranties. Research and resolve technical inquiries, damage claims, and returns. Coordinate the distribution of critical documentation, including data sheets, and process sample orders for promotional and internal partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between IT, Product Management, and Marketing. Identify and resolve inaccuracies or data errors by managing tickets and partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless digital user experience.
- Data Analysis & CRM Oversight: Maintain high data integrity within NetSuite CRM, recording consumer profiles and incident cases. Analyze consumer trends and feedback to produce comprehensive monthly reports on claims and brand sentiment, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: route specialized product inquiries and warranty requests. Continually develop and refine Consumer Services SOPs to ensure department policies remain accurate, compliant, and optimized for efficiency.
- Customer Experience: Deliver high-touch support for website navigation, account setup, and order placement.
