salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B commercial accounts through cold calling, field canvassing, networking, and warm lead follow-ups.
  
  
• Conduct face-to-face consultative sales presentations to business owners, fleet managers, and C-level executives.
  
  
• Analyze prospective clients' current fleet logistics, financial structures, and maintenance costs to design tailored full-service lease proposals.
  
  

2. Account & Territory Management

• Manage and grow an assigned territory, executing a strategic plan to maximize market share.
  
  
• Act as a long-term transportation consultant, conducting periodic account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover expansion opportunities.
  
  
• Oversee the contract renewal process, negotiating terms to retain existing business before contract expirations.
