Randstad is seeking a professional candidate with experience in the below. Ability to manage end-to-end sourcing events, including identifying opportunities, preparing and finalizing event documents, executing the event, analyzing bids, recommending award decisions to the business, and overseeing all related activities through completion. Intermediate+ computer skills in MS Word, excel and general computer application navigation, specifically managing complex contract negotiations through Tracked Changes, and running sourcing events through procure to pay system

Responsibilities

Manage new purchase needs by collaborating with internal teams to define business needs, working with Suppliers to obtain quotes and or issuing competitive sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ). 
Develop value-driven negotiation strategies by leveraging historical pricing analysis, market research and competitive sourcing results.
Manage contract renewals by collaborating with internal stakeholders to confirm renewal needs, aligning with Finance on budget availability, coordinating with the Buyer to initiate requisitions and purchase orders, and engaging external suppliers to secure quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure appropriate contractual protections and risk mitigation measures are in place.
Reviewing, drafting, redlining, and negotiating a variety of agreements related to IT procurement (hardware, software, telecom, and security). 
Managing contract types such as software license agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), order forms, NDAs, SLAs, amendments, and addenda. 
Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and risk management standards. Leading pricing and contract negotiations for both tactical and strategic engagements. 
Performing other duties as assigned to support procurement operations.
