Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers) and software via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist staff with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) access, password resets, and connectivity issues
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS issues, Office 365 glitches, and network connectivity problems
• Maintain meticulous records within the ITSM ticketing system to ensure seamless hand-offs and tracking
• Provide "white-glove" technical support to hospital leadership and administrative executives
