We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Clinic Manager to oversee operational excellence, staff leadership, and provider relations across three of our clinical locations. As the sole manager for these sites, you will bridge the gap between daily operations and high-level strategy—establishing goals, implementing policies, and driving process improvements that contribute to positive P&L growth. Responsibilities

• Oversee general clinic and staff operations; establish and implement strategic goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the department
• Lead and project-manage initiatives as directed by the Director of Clinic Operations or COO, actively contributing to process improvement and positive P&L growth
• Gather, analyze, and report operational data for fiscal and statistical analysis to drive informed business decisions
• Oversee vital administrative functions, including time card approvals, time-off request management, and inventory tracking/ordering
• Lead system changes within eClinicalWorks (eCW), onboard new hires, and update operational processes to ensure seamless, unified adoption across all teams
• Prior hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or a similar major EHR system is strongly preferred
• Partner and collaborate with physicians and Administration to ensure clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows support the overall company mission
