We are seeking a motivated Strategic Sourcing Manager who is passionate about driving efficiency and cost savings through effective sourcing strategies. In this role, you will be the primary relationship owner between our company, our suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will manage end-to-end sourcing projects—including market research, RFP development, and vendor evaluation—ensuring total alignment with corporate goals.

- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain active engagement with a portfolio of suppliers to monitor performance, manage contractual obligations, and unlock new value.
- Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency in sourcing processes by leveraging internal procurement tools and best practices to streamline workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, and Engineering to define sourcing requirements and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier metrics to deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
- Professional Services Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience sourcing and buying Professional Services.
- SOW Mastery: strong familiarity with drafting, reviewing, and managing complex Statements of Work (SOW).
- Core Foundational Skills: Proven ability to demonstrate excellence in data management, presentation delivery, and highly effective communication.
- Procurement Tech: Hands-on experience working with modern procurement-related software tools and platforms.
