Responsibilities
- 15+ years of CNC machining experience, including programming, setup, and inspection
- Mastery of CNC mills with Fanuc and Fadal controls
- Expertise in GD&T and precision inspection techniques
- Experience with Mastercam and job quoting systems
- Proven leadership in managing shop floor operations and personnel
- problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Journeyman’s Certificate required; engineering coursework preferred
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
