We’re looking for a detail-focused Payroll Analyst to join a collaborative finance and HR team. This role plays an essential part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for employees across multiple states.

In this position, you’ll assist with day-to-day payroll operations, help resolve discrepancies, support quarterly and year-end reporting, and contribute to audit and compliance efforts. salary: $60,000 - $72,800 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced payroll support tasks, including calculating, reviewing, verifying, and posting complex payroll data.
• Able to process payroll from California, Nevada, and Texas.
• Assist in overseeing daily payroll operations, conducting audits, researching discrepancies, and ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution. Maintain and update payroll system configurations as needed.
• Contribute to quarterly and year-end processes, including reviewing and auditing W-2s and assisting with the preparation of tax reports.
