Responsibilities

• Most important: Eperience with Change Management inititaives on Loan IQ or similar loan based systems
• Ability to strategically create and execute effective plans to execute within multiple business groups to deliver the change.
• Collaborate and consult when developing and executing plans which consist of training, system access, communication, and procedures, ensuring in alignment with the project teams for conversion oversight.
• Work with minimal direction and take the initiative to make recommendations by providing support and drive execution with clear, concise plans by asking the necessary clarifying questions.
• Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
