This role requires 3-5 years of customer service, data entry, or administrative experience. Non-profit experience in child development and childcare funding is preferred. Responsibilities include family enrollment support, data entry for approximately 350 children, compliance, and tuition assistance. A valid driver's license, clean record, and personal transportation for deliveries are essential. Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Acting as a liaison to families for the enrollment process, from initial contact to paperwork completion.
- Processing and inputting family enrollment and change paperwork into CDSS for a caseload of approximately 350 children.
- Ensuring timely processing of subsidized enrollment and continued eligibility for compliance.
- Completing family/child data entry and reporting to meet state mandates and agency policies.
- Maintaining child and family files to ensure they are audit-ready.
- Supporting accounting documentation for tuition payment plans and returned checks.
- Generating monthly Notice of Action letters as needed.
- Supporting with Collection Notices and submitting uncollectible tuitions to the Collection department.
- Answering questions from centers or parents regarding payment status.
- Supporting with printing attendance sheets and billing statements from Center Track.
- Dispatching and distributing critical documents between regional/corporate offices and centers
