Responsibilities
- Drive growth and expand presence in the Savannah market
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of division staff
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Manage division budgets, expenses, and financial performance, including P&L responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment focused on safety, quality, and customer service
- Develop and execute strategic plans for division growth and sustainability
- Stay current on industry regulations, licensing requirements, and technological advancements
