We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.



salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Oversee and supervise all aspects of warehouse operations, warehouse layout, inventory, logistics and staff.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Control and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate data.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train warehouse team providing regular feedback to achieve performance goals.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all legal and company regulations.
• Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through various interactions.

The essential functions of this role include:
