Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to receiving, selecting, and loading products, while ensuring productivity targets are met for hourly team members.
- Serve as a role model by consistently demonstrating the company’s core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and commitment to safety.
- Communicate regularly with fellow supervisors and the operations manager to coordinate daily activities and resolve operational issues.
- Promote and enforce safety and sanitation standards across all work areas.
- Plan and forecast production and staffing needs on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize performance and overall productivity.
- Monitor order accuracy and ensure compliance with quality expectations.
- Lead regular team meetings with hourly associates to share updates, address concerns, and reinforce company goals.
