Responsibilities
Ensures compliance with organizational safety, health, and environmental standards for assigned personnel. Promotes safe work practices and ensures alignment with internal policies and applicable regulations
Provides frontline support by handling incoming calls from clients, employees, or members, and accurately updates relevant tracking or status systems
Communicates with external partners or clients to gather detailed information about staffing needs, project updates, or service requests, and provides tracking or reference numbers as needed
Coordinates personnel assignments, ensuring individuals are matched with appropriate roles and provided with complete and accurate job-related information
Maintains and updates internal databases, ensuring records reflect current skills, certifications, or qualifications of personnel
Processes and enters reports or forms into digital systems for accurate recordkeeping and future reference
