We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This position requires a combination of warehouse duties, office administration, and transportation coordination. The Warehouse Clerk will handle inventory tracking, order processing, packing, and assist with transportation logistics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using phones, computers, and warehouse management software, ensuring smooth communication between the office and warehouse teams. Additionally, the Warehouse Clerk must be willing to perform order pulling, packing, and operate a forklift as needed. Experience and Resume Required

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Accurately track and manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  
  
• Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment.
  
  
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, following company standards.
  
  
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as required (certification preferred).
  
  
• Coordinate transportation logistics, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
  
  
• Serve as a communication link between warehouse operations and office administration.
  
  
• Handle phone and email communication related to shipping, inventory, and orders.
  
  
• Maintain organized records and documentation for inventory and shipments.
  
  
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
  
  
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
