What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a team
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure legal compliance
- Oversee payroll and benefits (with support from finance/payroll provider)
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee development
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- 3+ years of HR experience (management experience is a plus) Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable wearing many hats and working independently
- Experience with HR tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is a bonus
