Responsibilities

Responsibilities
 Organize, assemble, and file various tax returns
 Process extensions for tax returns
 File other required forms such as 1099s, Property Tax Reports, and Annual Reports
 Process Financial Statements
 Prepare Power of Attorney forms
 Support the delivery of client organizers
 Support the E-file system
 Support Processing Specialist
 Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
 Experience in a processing role preferably within a tax department
 Great attention to detail, careful and precise to provide a high level of accuracy
 Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
 Professional, driven, and self-motivated
 Ability to collaborate with others on tasks to meet deadlines
 Ability to manage multiple tasks
 Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
 Outstanding organizational and project management skills
 Ability to display sound judgment and problem solving to resolve issues
 Must exhibit good interpersonal skills and act as a team player
 Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak tax periods
 Preferred: Experience with Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite: UltraTax CS and
AdvanceFlow
