Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience. Whether it’s through email, phone, or working behind the scenes, you’ll help keep our delivery operations on track while turning customer challenges into success stories.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting customers, drivers, and business partners via phone and email
- Handling complaints like a pro—calm, cool, and constructive
- Troubleshooting and resolving delivery issues like a logistics superhero
- Monitoring delivery routes and keeping tabs on progress
- Scanning haul-away pods and verifying documentation
- Making updates to orders (because plans change and you’ve got it covered)
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- A solution-oriented mindset and a love for helping people
- The ability to stay cool under pressure and think on your feet
