Responsibilities
Review and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and resolve warranty-related inquiries.
Verify claim eligibility by assessing product defects, service records, and warranty coverage terms.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, approvals, denials, and resolutions.
Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure proper documentation and claim validation.
Track warranty parts and replacements, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
Analyze warranty trends and provide reports to management for process improvements.
Collaborate with accounting teams to process warranty reimbursements and chargebacks.
Address disputes and escalate complex warranty issues when necessary.
