Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications in accordance with ANSI Y14.5M standards.
  
  
• Develop, refine, and implement CMM programs for the inspection of high-precision hardware.
  
  
• Design part fixtures, tooling, and documentation to support inspection accuracy.
  
  
• Conduct first article inspections and validate program accuracy through prove-out processes.
  
  
• Define acceptance criteria and provide inspection data to engineering and quality teams.
  
  
• Use metrology tools and inspection systems to enhance production reliability.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on inspection and process-related issues.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety practices.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve inspection or programming-related issues.
  
  
• Perform additional tasks as required to support production and quality goals.
  
  
• Advanced proficiency with metrology and CMM software, including:

• Familiarity with:
