Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience required; real estate office experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with both PC and Mac systems
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
- Professional, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail

Responsibilities
Office Administration & Organization
- Partner with facilities and IT to maintain fully operational office environments
- Manage office supply inventory, distribute mail, and maintain overall office organization
- Greet and direct agents and clients, creating a welcoming environment
- Serve as a go-to resource for agent support, including tech troubleshooting and procedural guidance
- Foster a positive, inclusive office culture aligned with our mission of helping agents live exceptional lives
- Assist with the onboarding process in coordination with the Agent Onboarding Team
- Accurately process agent transactions to ensure timely commission payments and compliance
- Enter and maintain transaction data in systems such as MLS and Transaction Manager
- Follow up on missing documentation and escalate transactional issues as needed
- Scan physical checks and handle transactional troubleshooting via OnBase
- Support Branch Manager with administrative needs, promotional materials, new agent orientation, and office events
- Assist with the coordination of sales meetings and office-wide communications
- Assist agents with social media and marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and campaign development
- Update office social media accounts and engage with followers
- Track and report on social media performance to optimize future strategies
