Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Inbound Patient Account Services Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice helping patients understand their billing and insurance journey. You’ll support them with empathy, clear answers, and a whole lot of heart.

Your daily mission includes:

• Advocating for patients and guiding them through billing and reimbursement.
  
  
• Handling inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
  
  
• Helping patients resolve concerns and understand their options.
  
  
• Using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) to document, track, and resolve issues.
  
  
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• You live within 1 hour of our Monroeville, PA office.
  
  
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace with no distractions.
  
  
• Screenshot of your internet speed test attached to the top of your resume.
  
  
• At least 6 months of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or collections.
  
  
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  
  
• Stellar communication skills – both written and verbal.
  
  
• Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves:

• 1 year of pharmacy billing or infusion services experience.
  
  
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle or reimbursement processes.
