Responsibilities

Process and enter vendor invoices into the ERP system, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments. Manage vendor files, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end closing, including preparing AP reports, handling accruals, and maintaining prepaid expenses and fixed asset records. Ensure W-9 information is recorded and assist with 1099 filings. Provide documentation for audits and perform occasional office errands.
