Responsibilities

• Create Life Insurance claims on the company's internal recordkeeping systems 
• Input a high volume of a variety of data points with a high degree of accuracy into multiple databases
• Research discrepancies by utilizing multiple internal databases and your intermediate Excel skills
• Identify gaps of missing documentation
• Interact via email or phone conversations with policyholders
• Request, track, and obtain additional documentation from the policyholder when needed
• Edit, proof, and perform quality checks on documents 
• Utilize your math skills, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills to drive results in a timely manner
• Ensure all initial paperwork has been received and all the required data has been entered to start a life insurance claim
• Communicate with the Claims Examiners that the claim is ready for adjudication
• Support and respond to team Inbox
