Responsibilities

Provide a variety of analytical and client service skills related to large data within the STRATA Team under the Client Employee Benefits area of a Fortune 500 company 

• Track, monitor, and accurately process files 
• Ensure all incoming data loads from clients' benefit administration areas are 100% accurate
• Analyze and interpret data from clients 
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the exchange and processing of files is done accurately and timely
• Research and resolve technical issues related to the companys' benefit plans set-up
• Provide resolution for any break in the file exchange process
