Law firm seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Irvine. You will be responsible for supporting the Attorneys in the Judicial Foreclosure department with e-filing, drafting, client communication, systems updates, docket requests, calendaring, opening and updating files via Case Management system, and other project-based support as needed. This is a temp to hire opportunity working M-F 8am-5pm with weekends off. This role starts off 100% onsite but will eventually transition to a hybrid schedule. They are paying between $28-$32/hr DOE.  During your employment with Randstad you will be paid on a weekly basis!! Must have Judicial Foreclosure experience and be a certified Paralegal to be considered for this role (open to people currently working towards their paralegal certificate as well). Responsibilities

Mid-sized Law Firm seeks a Paralegal to support the Judicial Foreclosre Department and
Attorneys with a variety of legal and administrative tasks. Duties to include e-filing, drafting, client
communication, systems updates, docket requests, calendaring, opening and updating files via Case
Management system, and other project-based support as needed. Notary License is preferred!

 Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
 Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast paced and frequently changing
environment
 Professional email etiquette, a customer service focus, and attention to detail are imperative
 Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience required
 Reliable and dependable
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
 Experience with e-filing systems required
 Paralegal Certificate or the equivalent experience required
 Legal calendaring and/or Notary experience is a plus
 Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
