Responsibilities
As an Human Resources Coordinator, job duties include:
- Act as a first point of contact for employees, answering questions related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, FMLA, short/long-term disability, leave of absence, and ADA.
- Routinely engage with frontline employees, escalating and investigating concerns as needed in partnership with the HR Manager and site leadership.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of employee concerns, maintaining clear and complete communication throughout the process.
- Organize and support the execution of local activities and events that promote inclusion, belonging, and employee recognition (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, and site celebrations).
- Complete and verify I-9 documentation, ensuring compliance and maintaining related reports and records.
- Provide on-site support for HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), acting as a local resource for troubleshooting and training.
- 2+ years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator in a nationwide Organization.
- Working knowledge of HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
