Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients, perform check-in and registration duties, and ensure all required information is accurate
• Collect and process co-payments, deductibles, and other payments at the time of service
• Schedule appointments and respond to phone inquiries in a professional, courteous manner
• Complete end-of-day reconciliation of schedules and payments
• Maintain patient confidentiality, safety, and infection control practices

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer scheduling systems and medical office procedures
• strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance/referral processes
• At least 2 years of experience in a physician’s office setting

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
