Responsibilities
As a HR Analyst, Job duties include:
- Act as the main contact for HR service-related inquiries from employees, managers, recruiters, and HR partners.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete resolution of HR requests, including proper tracking and documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
- Stay well-informed on business operations, organizational structure, and key stakeholders to support HR events and initiatives.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of transactional HR work produced by service hubs and ensure adherence to key service metrics.
- 4+ years of experience in a human resources role, with exposure to ticket management and employee relations, strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, preferred.
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
