Are you organized, compassionate, and looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We’re seeking a reliable Home Care Scheduler to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing caregiver schedules to ensure our clients receive exceptional, timely care.

This is a part-time opportunity (approximately 30 hours/week), with an initial schedule of Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. After completing training, evening and weekend hours will be added to support our clients’ needs. There is potential for a hybrid work schedule and full-time hours in the future based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and adjust schedules for home care staff based on client needs, staff availability, and coverage requirements
• Coordinate last-minute schedule changes or call-outs, ensuring continuity of care for clients
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and their families to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Update and maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the scheduling software/system
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to match caregivers’ skills and preferences with client requirements
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and messages related to scheduling issues
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling support (after training)
