This is a part-time opportunity (approximately 30 hours/week), with an initial schedule of Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. After completing training, evening and weekend hours will be added to support our clients’ needs. There is potential for a hybrid work schedule and full-time hours in the future based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and adjust schedules for home care staff based on client needs, staff availability, and coverage requirements
- Coordinate last-minute schedule changes or call-outs, ensuring continuity of care for clients
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and their families to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Update and maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the scheduling software/system
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to match caregivers’ skills and preferences with client requirements
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, and messages related to scheduling issues
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling support (after training)
