- Excellent telephone communication skills

- Ability to sit and work at a P/C for extended periods and must be proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities
- Working with salespeople in managing and handling orders for their customers. Will be working in a fast-paced environment and working to make sure they hit their deadlines.
- Pulling purchase orders, reviewing them and then entering those orders into the internal system for processing.
- Candidate must be able to process 40-50 PO’s a day.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Answering all incoming concerns/needs from all customers; key pick-up requests, handling transportation/routing on delivery questions, processing will call orders, providing customers with invoice copies, monitoring orders before cut- off, communicating regularly with the AE and customers, and managing the same day deliveries for OPCO.
